So with the next FIFA World Cup less than a year away, we thought it good to bask in the memories of the 2010 World Cup.
South Africa was transformed into a world stage as the biggest game in the world held it’s toughest competition for the first time in Africa.
Many amazing things happened during that time and we got to see some of the best games and goals in history. Who can forget Siphiwe Tshabalala’s beautiful, heart-wrenching opening goal during the first match of the season. Or Netherlands captain Giovanni Van Bronkhorst’s amazing long shot goal against Uruguay.
